As such The Federation is invited by Government through the UKIPO, DIUS and BERR to respond to consultation papers issued on various matters concerning intellectual property rights and related areas.
The Federation consults widely with member law firms of the Federation Legal Advisory Group (FLAG) in drawing up such responses.
The following paragraphs précis the submissions made by The Federation in answer to consultation papers. The full responses are available to Federation Members in the Members Area.
